Three Things to Prepare Before Installation
The success of installation in an international project depends half on the buyer. First, the plant's water, electricity, and air piping, as well as foundation work, must be completed before the equipment arrives; otherwise, technicians will have to wait. Second, machine positioning and workflow should be planned in advance, as the arrangement of egg processing equipment, filling machines, and other machinery affects the production rhythm. Third, raw materials and test products must be ready, as trial runs and adjustments cannot be performed without actual materials. Buyers are advised to confirm the site requirements checklist with the supplier before signing the contract, and only then schedule shipment after each item is checked off.
What Does Training Typically Include?
Operational Training
Step-by-step instruction on startup, adjustment, production, and shutdown for equipment such as egg liquid mixing and quantitative filling, continuous egg steaming lines, tabletop filling machines, and high-speed wonton filling machines.
Maintenance and Basic Troubleshooting
Training on daily cleaning, lubrication, consumable replacement cycles, and initial diagnosis of common abnormalities to reduce reliance on remote support.
Quality Control and Hygiene Concepts
Explanation of critical control points based on product type, helping operators understand why certain parameters must remain fixed, rather than just memorizing button positions.
Documentation Handover
Provision of operation and maintenance manuals, primarily in Traditional Chinese. For international projects, translated versions can be arranged based on requirements and confirmed according to actual specifications.
After-Sales Support and Language Issues
The most common pain point for overseas buyers is not being able to reach the right person or communicate clearly when problems arise after delivery. It is recommended to specify the response contact, communication hours, and available languages in the contract. Buyers in Southeast Asian markets such as Thailand can communicate directly with the supplier using Thai-language materials, avoiding misjudgments caused by translation. The supply cycle for spare parts and recommended inventory levels should also be agreed upon before delivery; otherwise, a shortage of small parts can halt the entire line. Turnkey plant projects typically include these items in the quotation, but details must still be confirmed in writing item by item.
Provide Your Plant and Product Information, and We Will Reply with Training Arrangements
Please let us know the country where your plant is located and the product lines you plan to introduce (egg processing equipment, filling machines, or others). We will provide corresponding installation and training schedule recommendations based on your site and product specifications.
